Multiple Tab Grids columns Issue

We have implemented tabs with GridPHP in a screen.  On Upgrade to latest GRIP PHP, the columns width has collapsed to minimum size.  Could you guide on res resolving the same.  Please let me know if any further details needed.

Please share grid code for review. Without this it’s hard to find the reason.
