Dropdown with adding new value

Hi. How can I make a dropdown column with new value entering opportunity while editing? I mean when I want to edit a record and on the specified column which is dropdown there is no necessary value, I could add it manually.

You can use autocomplete function with input box.
This will allow adding new + show option to select the autocomplete result.
