Hello Abu,
I'm trying to implement the Date Range Picker control on my datagrid, but it doesn't works either in autofilter or in search dialog. The control itself shows the selected dates correctly, but the data filtering doesn't works. I also noticed this on your demo page:

I select the dates between 1 october 2007 and 31 october 2007 and no records are displayed.
