I tried your demo online, its works (can export the second grid to excel)
Master detail – Master details
but I run it in local, it's doesnt work (i have not modify any code, just put it in web svr).

Hello,
Can you debug using firefox's firebug that what is the response output when you export.
Most likely there is some NOTICE or WARNING error that is restricting export.
