Q. What does "Lifetime license" mean?

Pay once, use forever. After your support and updates period expires, the software continues to work as before. You only need to renew when your existing support subscription is expired and you want new updates or continued technical support.

Q. Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes! Upgrades are available at discounted prices. Contact our sales team for upgrade pricing.

Q. How fast is support response?

Support tickets are typically answered within 2 business days, depending on complexity and timezone. If you experience unexpected delays, feel free to send a follow-up for an update.

Q. Can I get product updates after my subscription expires?

Active license holders can request all updates released during their subscription period. After expiration, you can renew at a discounted rate to access new updates.

Q. Do free version users get technical support?

Free version users can get help through our community forum. Priority email support is available only for active paid license holders.

Q. How do you define developers as in license?

A developer is anyone working directly or indirectly with GridPHP - including front-end designers and back-end developers integrating the grid. Developers working on completely separate modules of your application are not counted.

Q. Can I use my license for multiple client projects?

The Developer license has 3 projects limit. For freelancers working with multiple clients, Developer license can be used for 3 projects. However, you can use the same license across development, staging, and production environments for a single project. However Premium or Enterprise license supports multiple projects.

Q. What if I want to embed it in my commercial software?

For embedding GridPHP as part of your commercial software products (SaaS, redistributable apps), you need a Redistributable License (RDL). Contact our sales team for custom licensing options.

Q. What are Pre-built Application Templates?

Pre-built Application Templates are ready-to-use, fully functional applications that you can download and customize immediately. These include popular solutions like Inventory Management, Sales CRM, Employee Directory, Event Planning, Expense Tracker, and Donation Management systems. Q. How does AI API pricing work?

The GridPHP AI features are included at no extra cost. However, you'll need an API key from Groq Cloud Platform, which may have its own pricing. Groq offers free API access with usage limits. Check their pricing page for current free tier details and any potential costs for higher usage.

Q. Will my data be sent to external AI servers?

For privacy and security, GridPHP only sends your column names and structure to the AI service, not your actual data records. Your sensitive data remains secure on your own server at all times.
