Is it possible when using the Group Summary feature to have it included in the PDF and Excel (at the very least the PDF) output? Right now I am not seeing the Summary total that displays on my grid but not in the PDF.

It is currently not supported. However you can have your custom TCPDF code that add the summary row at end byself.
You can add that code in on_render_pdf event. (see export_pdf sample)
