Hi Abu,
I have come across this problem; with the new version of chrome (73), in a form, the datepicker pops out for an instant and then disappears.
After clicking on the datepicker if you change to other tab in the browser or open another window and then return to the one with the form the date picker pops out automatically.
It’s really weird.
Let me know if you need anything else.

It seems a build issue of jqueryui datepicker,
