Blank grid with HTTPS

The grid works great on our test server but not on the production server running HTTPS. I've run it through firebug. Receive a 200 status. Also receive this "XML Parsing Error: no element found Location: moz-nullprincipal:{264da976-e6c8-3f4e-b466-2bfd06ffd19d} Line Number 1, Column 1:"

HTTPS is supported in full version. I recommend to buy that along with priority support.
If it's urgent, i can email you quick solution at email.
